I know you’re busy. As a high-achiever, it can be hard to make time for yourself. That’s why I aim to make therapy an experience where you actually feel the change and progress toward your goals. You don’t want to just vent and feel better for a moment, only to find yourself repeating the same patterns. You want real, lasting change, and we’ll take it step by step together.

We’ll work as a team to figure out what you truly want (even if you’ve never asked yourself that before!) and take concrete steps to get you there. Our sessions combine exploring the source of your emotions, processing your feelings and challenges, all while building practical strategies to make meaningful changes in your daily life. We’ll discover what patterns and behaviours are holding you back, so you can get unstuck and start doing things differently.
