Our sessions won’t be about just venting; we’ll make sense of things and move toward real change that actually feels doable and meaningful.
Meet sam srijani, rp
I’m an Ontario-based therapist specializing in anxiety, self esteem, relationships, and ADHD. I help stressed out professionals and students work towards feeling calmer, confident, and more in control of their lives.
I truly believe that
You’ve spent so long trying to hold everything together: juggling responsibilities, overthinking every decision, and showing up for others no matter how drained you feel. You want to be your best self, but deep down, you’re tired of constantly playing a part, worrying that one mistake could make everything unravel.
If you’re feeling like you’re not in the driver’s seat of your life and want to take back control, to live on your own terms, free from anxiety, expectations, and pressure, you’re at the right place.
Get To Know My Style
I know you’re busy. As a high-achiever, it can be hard to make time for yourself. That’s why I aim to make therapy an experience where you actually feel the change and progress toward your goals. You don’t want to just vent and feel better for a moment, only to find yourself repeating the same patterns. You want real, lasting change, and we’ll take it step by step together.
We’ll work as a team to figure out what you truly want (even if you’ve never asked yourself that before!) and take concrete steps to get you there. Our sessions combine exploring the source of your emotions, processing your feelings and challenges, all while building practical strategies to make meaningful changes in your daily life. We’ll discover what patterns and behaviours are holding you back, so you can get unstuck and start doing things differently.
Along the way, we’ll uncover your hidden strengths, share some laughs, and celebrate your wins

01 Supportive
You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m here to help you feel supported, understood, and less alone
02 Collaborative
We’ll be working as a team. You bring your honesty and willingness to grow, I bring my tools/experience, and together we’ll figure out what actually helps.
03 Goal-Oriented
Our sessions won’t be about just venting; we’ll make sense of things and move toward real change that actually feels doable and meaningful.
04 Geniune
I show up as myself in every session, blending professional guidance with a real, human connection you can rely on
therapeutic approaches i use
PCT is an approach that centers you as the expert on your own life. This approach is all about creating a nonjudgmental dynamic that empowers you to help you uncover your own insights and solutions, helping you feel more in control and aligned with who you truly are.
CBT is about understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies to shift them
IFS explores the different “parts” of yourself that influence how you feel and act. By understanding and integrating these parts, you can build self-compassion and healthier internal balance.
ACT helps you notice difficult thoughts and emotions without getting stuck in them. You’ll learn to focus on your values and take meaningful actions, even when life feels challenging.
